Ram Charan and Dil Raju Support Families of Tragic Fan Accident
Tragedy struck the Game Changer pre-release event held on January 4th in Rajahmundry when two young fans, Aarava Manikanta (23) and Thokada Charan (22) from Gaigolupadu, Kakinada district, tragically lost their lives in a road accident while returning home. Deeply saddened by the incident, producer Dil Raju and actor Ram Charan have stepped forward to support the victims’ families.
Producer Dil Raju announced financial assistance of ₹5 lakh each to the families of the deceased, shortly after the incident. Ram Charan also pledged ₹5 lakh each as a gesture of support and solidarity. Expressing his heartfelt condolences, Ram Charan shared, “We always hope and pray that fans attending our events return home safely. This is a deeply unfortunate incident. I can feel the pain of the grieving families, and my heartfelt sympathies are with them.”
The accident occurred near Vadisaleru when a van collided with the bike the two fans were riding. The event, graced by Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan as the chief guest, was a grand affair but was overshadowed by this tragic loss.
Ram Charan immediately dispatched his team to meet the grieving families, offering not just financial aid but moral support as well. His gesture, along with that of Dil Raju, highlights their empathy and commitment to standing by their fans during difficult times. The entire Game Changer team has expressed their sorrow and solidarity, ensuring the families affected receive all possible support during this challenging period.
