Allu Arjun Eyes Bollywood Collab with Aditya Dhar

A leading producer has revealed that Allu Arjun is actively expanding his reach beyond Tollywood, building strong connections in Bollywood and exploring collaborations with top filmmakers.
According to the source, Allu Arjun is reportedly keen on working with acclaimed director Aditya Dhar. The speculation gained momentum after the actor was among the first to appreciate Dhar’s recent big project on social media. His growing network in Bollywood and interest in diverse cinema further fuel these discussions.
Earlier, Allu Arjun also met renowned filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali in Mumbai, signaling his intent to collaborate with leading names across industries. The producer noted that his father, Allu Aravind, plays a key role in identifying successful directors and initiating discussions with them soon after their major hits.
The actor is already working with Atlee on an ambitious sci-fi thriller, despite the director receiving multiple offers from Bollywood stars. This project is expected to be mounted on a grand scale.
On a personal level, Allu Arjun is known for closely following successful films and appreciating talented directors. He often meets filmmakers to discuss their work and explore potential collaborations. For instance, he met Nelson Dilipkumar after the blockbuster success of Jailer, and even discussed story ideas, though the project didn’t materialize.
He has also signed a film with Lokesh Kanagaraj, known for hits like Kaithi, Master, and Vikram. The project will be backed by Mythri Movie Makers.
With a clear focus on pan-India and global cinema, Allu Arjun is said to be aiming for large-scale, content-driven films, and a potential collaboration with Aditya Dhar could be another big step in that direction.
