Hero Danush’s father, director Kasthuri Raja has to face legal troubles now. A local Chennai court issued an arrest warrant against him after he failed to attend the court in connection with a cheque bounce case.
This well known Tamil director has taken a loan of 65 lakhs from financier Mukund Chand Bodra in 2012. However he failed to repay the loan and the financier deposited the security cheques in bank which have bounced.
In connection with this case, Chennai’s Georgetown magistrate court has issued the arrest warrant. Next hearing in the case will be on February 13th. Kasthuri Raja’s younger son is hero Danush, a Superstar in the making, while his elder son Selvaraghavan is an acclaimed director of films like 7/G Brindavan Colony and recently flopped Varna.
