We all know about the temper of the actor cum politician Nandamuri Balakrishna. He often appears on the headlines for hitting his own fans and using foul language in public. This Hindupur MLA is now angry with another person and that person is his own accountant.
An accountant working with NBK Films, a production company owned by Nandamuri Balakrishna, was arrested by the Jubilee Hills police in Hyderabad on Monday after he forged the signature of Vasundhara, the wife of the actor-politician.
The accused, identified as Shiva, had joined the company six months ago and forged the signature of Vasundharadevi on HDFC Bank application form and submitted it to the bank asking for activation of the mobile banking feature, Jubilee Hills police said.
Upon verification, it was learned that Shiva had allegedly forged Vasundhara’s signature and submitted the form. Following this, the accounts manager of the firm, Subba Rao approached the police and filed a complaint after verifying the signature.
A case has been registered under forgery against Shiva Kumar under Sections 467, 468, 471 r/w 511 of the IPC. Shiva was arrested on Monday and produced before the court. He was sent in judicial remand
