While speaking to media at Assembly today, Balakrishna confirmed to work with director Krish for his 100th film, much to the surprise of his fans who thought it would be Krishna Vamsi to helm the milestone project.
The Nandamuri star has also informed that the film is about the tale of the Amaravati king Goutamiputra Sathakarni. If some grapevine is to be believed, they are considering the title Amaravati Raju for the flick. The title appears powerful and will apt for Balakrishna. However, an official confirmation about the project and its title is expected to come after the ominous Amavasya.
Krish was also in the probable list to helm Balakrishna’s 100th film. But, Krishna Vamsi’s name was heard largely. Unexpectedly, Balakrishna announced Krish’s name for the flick.
Krish was supposed to work with Varun Tej for his next, but the project has been put on hold for now, owing to some reasons. In the meantime, Krish prepared a story for Balakrishna who seems to be impressed with it.
Apparently, Balakrishna has okayed four films, which he will do one after the other. While his 100th film will be with Krish, Raithu under Krishna Vamsi direction will take place next. He has also given nod for Singeetham Srinivasa Rao’s Aditya 999 and untitled movie with Boyapati Sreenu.
