Gopichand starrer Sahasam was last straight Telugu film for curly beauty Taapsee Pannu. The actress hasn’t signed a Telugu film so far. However, she was seen in a dubbed film Ganga: Muni 3. The horror film directed by Raghava Lawrence was a commercial hit in both the languages.
After long time, Taapsee is considered to play female lead in a Telugu film opposite Balakrishna. Balakrishna usually likes to work with fading out heroines who can allot bulk call sheets.
So, Balayya has insisted his makers to sign Taapsee for his 100th film Aditya 999 Max to be directed by veteran Singeetham Srinivasa Rao, since the sultry siren doesn’t have any projects in Telugu. If things go well, this would be Taapsee’s first film with Balakrishna.
Aditya 999 is in pre production stages. Eros International is expected to produce the film with a high budget. The film which is going to be a socio fantasy will go on floors either in February end or in March.
Balakrishna hinted that, Mokshagna may star in the film, but he will get clarity on this in next week. Interim, Balakrishna is enjoying the success of Dictator. On the other hand, Taapsee has some interesting projects lined up in Bollywood.
