While one does not know whether Tamil superstar Rajnikanth is ever going to enter politics, there is another film personality in Tamil Nadu making waves. He is none other than director Seeman.
To date, Seeman has directed five films and has worked with the likes of Madhavan and Arjun. Quite some time back, Seeman started a political party called ‘Naam Tamilar Katchi’. But he is now actively propagating his party’s ideology.
He is an ardent campaigner for the self determination of the Sri Lankan Tamil people and the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam and its leader Velupillai Prabhakaran.
Some of the main agenda of his party is to liberate Tamil Eelam from Sri Lanka which constitutes the traditional homeland for Tamils, only Tamils should rule Tamil Nadu and to spread the importance of Tamil language, only by which unity of Tamil People is possible.
Seeman has announced that his Party will contest in all the constituencies in the ensuing Assembly elections and what’s more, he has also declared the names of his Party candidates. Seems to be a Tamil Nadu version of KCR.
