It is an open secret that the saffron party Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) is a vocal supporter of the Hindutva agenda and the party leaders don’t leave any opportunity to boast the Hindutva ideology. Irrespective of the leaders, they are more the same.
Whenever someone tries to raise a voice against the party, the leaders try to paint them as anti-nationals and traitors. The leaders have not got a new slogan. No matter what the topic is, they say, wherever they do is for the country and religion.
Reciprocating what the party leaders say, Member of Rajya Sabha G. V. L. Narasimha Rao addressed the media today and spoke about the famous temple TTD. He said that there is a conspiracy to attack the Hindu religion and the BJP will not let it happen.
He had raised his voice against the practice of people from other faiths working in TTD, the Rajya Sabha member alleged that people from other faiths or people who have changed their faith cannot work in the temple.
When the authorities at the TTD board were not happy with the Union government bringing the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) registration issue that was stopping the temple from getting foreign funds, he made these comments.
Instead of either pacifying the authorities or assuring that the government will look into the matter, the BJP Rajya Sabha member had spoken only about the conversations and the fight of Hindu groups against the people of other faiths.
