Brahmi and Ali Help The Lion King

Hollywood’s long-awaited musical drama The Lion King is finally getting ready for its release on July 19, 2019. The Jungle Book in 2016 has grabbed everyone’s attention for its hyperreal digital animation. Now, Disney is all set to present its next iconic film ‘The Lion King’ with photorealistic computer animations, hitting the child in all of us.

The popular characters like Simba(Lion), Mufasa, Timon and Pumbaa, are coming back after 1994 2D Lion King and it generates super excitement among the audience. For the Telugu version, the beloved characters of Timon and Pumbaa will have legendary comedians Ali and Brahmandam voices respectively. While the recent interaction, Brahmanadam says that even his family is a great fan of Lion King. “It was a fun experience to voice Pumbaa, and I am looking forward to presenting the film in Telugu to all my fans out there, with my personal touch!” says Brahmanandam.

Also, Ali says, “My kids love to watch Disney films, and The Lion King was a great opportunity to be a part of their storytelling legacy and do a special film for my children! Voicing Timon was great fun and I hope my fans appreciate this new avatar of mine when they see The Lion King in Telugu!” With the innate talent of talking in satirical and different characteristic voices, Ali and Brahmanandam, both must have added nuanced and goofier voices ever.

The Lion King is being directed by Jon Favreau and the name itself spikes our expectations as he made some amazing films like Iron Man and Jungle Book. Now, with the perfect combination of these iconic comedians voices to the most beloved cartoon characters is adding more enthusiasm. For Hindi Version, Shah Rukh Khan will dub for Mufasa character and his son Aryan for Simba’s.
