Can Mahesh’s ‘SVP’ Beat ‘RRR’ Record?

In less than 48 hours, we will get to see superstar Mahesh Babu in his full swag and suave on the big screens as his ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ is getting ready for release. The film has completed all its censor formalities, the promotional activities are in full swing and the advance bookings have officially opened.

Superstar is one hero who is liked by every section of the audiences like the most. Families watch his movies on the first day along with masses and die-hard fans which explains a lot. This unique craze of Mahesh is visible in the advance bookings too as it minted more than 2.55 crores within a few hours of its opening in Hyderabad itself. This is a huge number and with two days left, the number is only going to mount further.

Currently, it is ‘RRR’ which holds the record of earning the most in Hyderabad through advance bookings. It got over 8 crores. With Mahesh’s craze and no other big films arriving, there is chance that ‘Sarkaaru Vaari Paata’ might cross the number but we need to wait and see before jumping into any conclusions.

Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar, Ram Achanta and Gopichand Achanta are producing this film under Mythri Movie Makers and 14 Reels Plus banners along with GMB Entertainments. Mahesh’s long hair, rupee tattoo on his neck and his stylish dressing are all giving ‘Pokiri’ vibes to fans. Vennela Kishore, Subbaraju, Samuthirakani and others play key roles. R Madhie handles the cinematography, while Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor and AS Prakash takes care of the art department. Ram – Lakshman master composed the fights while Yugandhar is the VFX supervisor. Directed by Parasuram Petla, this film has Keerthy Suresh romancing Mahesh. Thaman’s music has already become very successful and increased the hype on this movie.
