How can it possible? Can AP Chief Minister able to stop payments to Hyderabad Commissioner? It can possible in case of Somesh Kumar. He is working for Special Officer and Commissioner for GHMC. Somesh Kumar is considered to be part of AP cadre in division of IAS officers by the Prathyusha Sinha Committee. This could not make happy for 1989 batch IAS Officer Somesh Kumar.
Disappointed Somesh had approached CAT (Central Administrative Tribunal) for seeking justice. CAT took some time in taking the final decision. Somesh Kumar fate will be finalized within two days. AP Chief Minister CBN took the decision to stop the monthly payments to the IAS Officers who are not willing to work for AP even after division confirmed by Prathusha Sinha Committee. If this is true, Somesh might not get his April month salary.
On other hand, TRS workers are also not happy with the style of functioning of Municipal Commissioner. The property tax drive boomeranged in GHMC and High Court also slammed Somesh attitude in the regard. Someh made his mark of administration in Hyderabad and creates the belief among the people that he is strong for Telangana. It will be problem for him to mingle with AP cadre, if CAT not approved his plea.
