Gone are the days when all the fans of Mega family heroes were united. After Pawan’s alleged split with his brother Megastar Chiranjeevi several years ago, Pawan’s fans too split with fellow Mega fans and made the rift split wide and open. Often, Pawan’s fans’ adamant and desperate behavior at public events like audio launches was in for huge criticism which once angered even a cool customer like Naga Babu.
Usually, Pawan’s fans barge into all Mega heroes’ events and keep shouting “Powerstar..Powerstar” and even dare to pressurize a stalwart like Chiranjeevi to utter Pawan’s name much to the embarrassment of Mega heroes.
The same story repeated even at the audio launch event of young Mega hero Varun Tej’s Loafer last night. Prabhas was the chief guest at the audio launch and soon when the Young Rebel Star went on the dais to speak, Pawan’s fans as usual started shouting Pawan Kalyan’s name, interrupting Prabhas’ speech twice.
Prabhas requested Pawan’s fans twice to remain calm so he can finish his speech. However, the desperate fans continued their nuisance, which finally made Prabhas say “I like Powerstar” to a loud cheer from Pawan’s fans.
This childish and desperate behavior by Pawan’s fans is causing a huge embarrassment even to Pawan’s reputation as the reclusive star is known for his simplicity and respectful nature.
