When people say ‘Boss is Back’, it doesn’t confine to megastar’s comeback to tollywood and box office glory. The legendary actor is also bringing back the healthy competitive spirit in Tollywood.
At a time when mega and Nandamuri fans were making a mountain out of every small issue keeping the clash of Khaidi No.150 and Balayya’s GPSK in mind, it was Chiru who brought an amicable atmosphere by wishing GPSK team, his tough competitor at BO, right on the dais of his film’s pre-release event. GPSK team too reciprocated with friendly words towards Khaidi No150.
Now, Chiru is reportedly gearing up to attend the success meet of Shatamanam Bhavati, a film that was released simultaneously with his film. When Dil Raju hesitantly asked Chiru if he could attend the event scheduled in the Friday evening, megastar was more than willing to be a part of success celebrations.
Earlier, when Dil Raju attended the private success bash of Khaidi No.150 thrown by Chiru, the megastar has reportedly appreciated the shrewd producer for making a good film and releasing it on right occasion despite competition from big films. Chiru will now convey the same appreciation on a big dais at the success event.
It may be noted that both Khaidi No.150 and SB are still running in theatres. The small budgeted hit film is raking significant revenues and it has the potential to stop or at least delay the Chiru starrer from entering the Rs 100 Cr share club. Despite this, Chiru has agreed to be part of an event that could boost the revenues of his competitor.
We must appreciate Chiru for instilling healthy competition in film industry and encouraging small yet good films. We wish all actors take a leaf out of his book.
