After delivering a stunning output with their ‘Khadgam’, creative director Krishna Vamsi and versatile actor Prakash Raj have fallen apart, as ego clashes took over their friendship. Say it bad time or peaks of self-esteem, for a decade or so these two haven’t spoken to each other. And then entered Megastar Chiranjeevi, erasing the ‘differences’ forever.
“Me and Prakash haven’t involved in any spat exactly, but we stopped talking to each other. We’ve never bothered to correct our mistake, neither tried to bury the hatched”, says Krishna Vamsi. Then how come Chiru bothered to reunite them? “For Govindudu Andarivadele role, there is none who could do better than Prakash Raj. Though I stated that cinema is above all these differences and willing to rope Prakash, Annayya said that we will work with Prakash only if I like it”, adds KV, attributing the seed of meeting Prakash to Chiranjeevi. “Then I sent an SMS to Prakash’s manager that I want to meet him. But in turn, Prakash came directly to meet me and that’s it the differences are buried”, concluded Krishnavamsi.
