Grapevine in the Industry is that ‘Yevadu’ theatrical release is no more in the hands of its producer Dil Raju. It’s now Chiru’s coterie which would be deciding when this much-awaited action thriller should be hitting the screens.
Apparently, Dil Raju is acting as the distributor of ‘Yevadu’ in Nizam, Vizag and Guntur territories. The rights of all the remaining areas in the state have been begged by people who are close to Union Minister Chiranjeevi. All of them associated with the film were extremely confident that ‘Yevadu’ would rake in a moolah at the Box Office if it gets a smooth release and they sees it as a potential blockbuster which stands only next to ‘Magadheera’ in Charan’s career. As a result, there is absolutely no pressure on Dil Raju with big names being involved in the project and a final call on the release would be taken by Mega camp only after the situation reaches to normalcy in the state.
As of now, Christmas or Pongal release is what they have been aiming for releasing ‘Yevadu’. Hope for the best!
