The WAVES Summit 2025, taking place from May 1–4 at Mumbai’s Jio World Convention Centre, has drawn an eclectic mix of cinema legends and rising stars. From Bollywood, icons Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, and Hema Malini grace the event alongside former Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kriti Sanon, Vicky Kaushal, Rajkummar Rao, Kartik Aaryan, Riteish Deshmukh, Shraddha Kapoor, and Anupam Kher.
The summit also celebrates South Indian royalty: Rajinikanth, Chiranjeevi, Mohanlal, and Nagarjuna Akkineni join young Telugu superstars Allu Arjun and Vijay Deverakonda—Allu Arjun will feature on the “Talent Beyond Borders” panel. Director SS Rajamouli has paused his shoot to participate in a session of his own.
Musical maestros aren’t left out either. Legendary composer A.R. Rahman and vocalist Shreya Ghoshal share the stage with industry heavyweight Bhushan Kumar of T-Series, among other luminaries—making WAVES Summit 2025 a true crossroads of Indian film, television, and music talent.
