CMF, the sub-brand of Nothing, has unveiled its first over-ear wireless headphones, the CMF Headphone Pro, marking a major expansion of its audio portfolio. Unlike Nothing’s signature transparent design, the new model adopts a more conventional look while staying true to CMF’s focus on personalisation.
The CMF Headphone Pro is offered in Dark Grey, Light Grey, and Light Green finishes, with additional swappable ear cushions available in Light Green and Orange. These interchangeable cushions, sold separately, allow users to personalise both style and comfort.
Under the hood, the headphones feature 40mm dynamic drivers with nickel-plated diaphragms, a 16.5mm copper voice coil, and a dual-chamber structure for enhanced sound. They carry Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification, support the LDAC codec, and integrate Audiodo’s Personal Sound technology to create a customised sound profile through a short listening calibration.
For noise control, the CMF Headphone Pro offers active noise cancellation (ANC) up to 40dB, with an adaptive hybrid system that adjusts to the user’s environment. A transparency mode is also included for situational awareness.
Physical controls take centre stage, including a roller dial for volume and playback, an Energy Slider to fine-tune bass or treble, and a programmable button that can be customised for quick access to features like Spatial Audio or voice assistants. The headphones also provide Static Spatial Audio with dedicated Cinema and Concert modes.
Battery life is a standout, with up to 100 hours of playback without ANC and 50 hours with ANC enabled. Fast charging via USB-C delivers around five hours of playback from just a five-minute charge, while a full charge takes roughly two hours.
The CMF Headphone Pro is priced at $99 in the US, €99 in Europe, and £79 in the UK. Sales have already begun in the UK and EU through Nothing’s website and select partners, while US availability starts on 7 October 2025. An India launch has not yet been confirmed.
