Actor-director Sheraz Mehdi is set to entertain audiences once again with his upcoming film O Andala Rakshasi, which is gearing up for a grand theatrical release on January 2. Produced by Surinder Kaur under the banner Sky Is the Limit, the film features Vihanshi Hegde and Kriti Verma in the lead roles. Ahead of its release, the team held a pre-release event where the makers expressed strong confidence in the film’s content and impact.

Speaking at the event, Sheraz Mehdi said that O Andala Rakshasi is being released on a large scale and described it as a rare kind of meaningful cinema that comes once in a year. Story and dialogue writer Bhashya Sree expressed confidence that viewers would leave theatres with a very positive feeling. He said the story focuses on how today’s young women should be, making it highly relevant to the present generation. Appreciating Sheraz Mehdi, he noted that handling direction, music, and acting simultaneously is no easy task, but Sheraz excelled in all three areas.
