Presented by Kona Venkat, the film’s title was unveiled through a high-energy promo that has already grabbed attention.
Set in 1992 in Madugula, the promo opens with a radio announcement about a government crackdown, as the police and Greyhounds intensify their hunt for the elusive rebel leader, Comrade Kalyan. In a quirky twist, the notorious naxalite is shown pasting his own Wanted poster, with a reward of ₹5 lakhs.

The promo highlights striking visuals by Sai Sriram and a lively score by Vijay Bulganin, creating a strong first impression. Reports suggest that the film will also feature a unique love story set on the Andhra–Odisha border, blending humor, romance, and action seamlessly.
With an intriguing concept, powerful performances, and a mix of action and comedy, ‘Comrade Kalyan’ is shaping up to be a film worth watching.
