Telangana senior Congress leader and former TPCC President Ponnala Laxmaiah said that he was ready to be hanged to death in front of the State Assembly if the allegations brewed against him are proved.
He rebutted the ruling party’s accusations that he encroached land in his native Warangal district. The government allegedly resorted to vindictive politics against him as he exposed the failures of chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s government.
Laxmaiah affirmed that he did not encroach any land and that all the properties he bought were having legal documents. He even offered to make the documents public if needed.
