Bubbly beauty Genelia Deshmukh is giving quite good feelers to producers and directors with her generous skin shows at many events. But still she is not getting even one single offer either as a lead girl or for any other item number. Finally it seems like, Mrs Deshmukh has realized that it is time for her to switch career.
As her husband Ritesh happens to be son of Maharashtra’s two times Chief Minister late Vilasrao Deshmukh, it will be easier for her to get an MLA ticket, and that is what our heroine is thinking. Genelia is feeling that entering into politics will give her a new career altogether, along with power, say sources. Already Ritesh’s brother is playing active role in Indian Youth Congress, and it will not be a big deal to convince Congress party to fetch Genelia an MLA ticket.
But the big joke is, with Ritesh’s film career too at loggerheads, why he himself will not try his luck at politics rather sending his wife. Anyway, Genelia will not get any ticket in 2014 as she is new to party and politics. She should do ground work and build some cadres for her, such that in 2019 she will get a chance at least.
