After tasting a dud in form of romantic drama Endukante Premanta, director Karunakaran is bundle of nerves ahead of his next film Chinnadana Neekosam and he is visibly anxious over the film’s release. Although Karunakaran has his share of super hits like Tholi Prema, Darling, Ullasamga Utsahamga and average hits like Balu, Happy under his belt, the Nithiin-starrer is so crucial for him.
Success is very important in film industry and it is deciding factor in finalising the next projects. It’s been four years Karunakaran had a hit in form of Darling and it’s high-time he should deliver a hit in order to sustain the competition from the newage directors.
Although he is an expert in handling romantic comedies, given that he has good track record, the trailer of his latest film fails to create the buzz. It is learnt that the film is a simple love story where a happy-go-lucky-boy falls for good-looking girl in the first meet and how they reunite forms the story.
If Karunakaran has penned good screenplay with his magical narrative and Nithiin carries it on his shoulders, definitely the movie is going to work. At the moment, it’s crucial film for Karunakaran.
