Despite the heavy theme and off-beat approach in narration, director Krish’s Kanche has received decent collections in the first week.The film grossed a little bit over Rs 10 Cr by the end of its first week. The makers claimed that the movie is made with Rs 17 Cr. If that is true, the movie needs to perform better this weekend to break even.
The movie has won some good reviews and appreciation from film lovers, hence it could attract such figures for a movie starring upcoming star like Varun Tej. If the movie can rake in decent amount this weekend, the producers can heave sigh of relief.
The Nizam and overseas distributors have already landed in good profits since both the areas were sold off for paltry amount.
