Many times, Krishna was seen in Mahesh Babu’s films but that was 18 years ago. He was seen in interesting roles in Mahesh Babu’s Rajakumarudu, Vamsi and Takkari Donga. The latest update is that the legendary actor has been roped in to play a cameo in Mahesh’s upcoming movie Bharat anu Nenu. Directed by Koratala Siva, the shoot of the film is currently midway and Krishna is said to play an interesting role which is quite crucial. This will be treated for Superstar’s fans as they duo are teaming up again after 18 years.

Initially, Mahesh didn’t like the idea of roping in Krishna, considering the fact that he’s 74 years old now, the Superstar wants no trouble for his dad. But with Koratala Siva convincing how better the role would come out if Krishna plays it, Mahesh finally agreed to do so. There will be only one combination scene involving both the Superstars, says a source.

Mahesh will be seen playing a Chief Minister in the movie and Kiara Advani is the female lead. Produced by DVV Entertainments, Bharat anu Nenu has been slated for Sankranthi release next year, while an action sequence is being shot in Lucknow right now on Mahesh and others.
