The judgment of Nagarjuna hasn’t worked well in planning the debut platforms for both his sons Naga Chaitanya and Akhil. As we all know, ‘Josh’ for Chaitu and ‘Akhil’ for Akhil ended as disasters in both the seasons for different set of reasons. This does not mean, Nagarjuna isn’t fingering into the projects of either,
Yes, it is still Nagarjuna who is playing the decisive role in planning a superb career for Chaitu and the same holds for Akkineni Akhil’s second assignment as hero. Chaitu happens to be one peculiar hero in Tollywood who himself made flexible to take up any characterization without mudding into a particular image. Credits should also be given to Nag in this regards because very few fathers encourage their sons to stay in industry without building an image.
‘Nag understands the best of qualities in his sons. He dreamt of introducing Akhil as a mass star hero in the making because Akhil has those characteristics in him. Although missed the first shot, this time Nag is considering many options before assigning Akhil the second project. Apparently, Akhil might be hearing storylines from directors and writers but finally it’s Nagarjuna is the final decision maker,’ said a source from Annapurna compound.
