Nithiin’s upcoming film Robin Hood is set to release at the end of this month, and the promotional activities are being executed in innovative ways. Nithiin and Sreeleela star as the lead pair, with the recent chartbuster song “Adida Surprise” being one of the major highlights. Another key attraction is the appearance of cricketer David Warner, who is making his debut as an actor. Warner is well-known not just for his energetic performances on the cricket field but also for his viral Instagram reels, especially during the Pushpa craze, where he shared his fun side with fans. His involvement in a Telugu film has generated a lot of buzz, with many wondering how long his role will last, how significant it is, and how much he was paid for it.

Sources reveal that Warner’s role is far from insignificant, and he is expected to appear on screen for at least five minutes. These scenes were shot over four days, and Warner reportedly received a hefty ₹2.5 crore for his contribution. Initially, Warner had asked for ₹1 crore per day, but after negotiations with the producers, Mythri Movies, the final amount was settled.

Paying ₹2.5 crore for just five minutes of screen time is quite an investment. The real question is whether Warner’s role will add substantial value to the film, and whether his presence will justify the significant cost. The answer to that will only be clear after the film’s release.
