Veteran actor Sai Kumar, fondly known as the “Dialogue King,” has completed a remarkable 50 years in the film industry. Throughout his illustrious career, he has captivated audiences with his powerful performances in iconic films like Police Story, Prasthanam, Committee Kurrollu, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, Lucky Baskhar, Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, and Court, among many others.
To commemorate his extraordinary journey, the Andhra Association in Pune, an esteemed organization established in 1941, hosted a grand felicitation ceremony on the occasion of Ugadi. Sai Kumar and his wife, Surekha, were honored at this prestigious event. As a testament to his contributions to cinema and the arts, he was conferred with the Abhinaya Vachaspathi award.
Expressing his gratitude, Sai Kumar said it was a privilege to receive recognition from such a distinguished institution.
Currently, the versatile actor is busy with multiple projects across Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil cinema. His upcoming Telugu films include Sambarala Yeti Gattu with Sai Durgha Tej, 12A Railway Colony with Allari Naresh, and Bad Boy Karthik alongside Naga Shaurya. In Kannada, he is part of Sathya – S/O Harishchandra and Chowkidar, while his Tamil venture Diesel is also in the pipeline. Additionally, he is making a mark in the digital space with web series like Kanyasulkam and Mayasabha.
