Popular Tollywood producer Dil Raju is a well-known name in the Telugu film industry. Starting his journey as a distributor, he has grown to become one of the top producers in Telugu cinema. Under his banner, Sri Venkateswara Creations, he has delivered numerous blockbuster films and continues to produce major projects.
Expanding his vision, he launched another banner, Dil Raju Productions, to focus on content-driven cinema. More recently, to support and promote emerging talent in the industry, he established Dil Raju Dreams, which is set to begin operations soon.
Amid this, the topic of Dil Raju’s biopic has become a hot topic on social media, sparked by his own comments. During the promotions of the upcoming film Thammudu, which he produced and is set to release in three days, lead actor Nithiin sat down for a special interview with Dil Raju.
During the interaction, Nithiin asked whether there’s a chance that a biopic could be made on Dil Raju’s life. He also cheekily asked whether there’s enough content to make such a film. Dil Raju confidently responded, “Why not? There’s definitely enough content. It’s been a long journey. I’ve been in the industry for over 30 years, facing many ups and downs to reach where I am today.”
When Nithiin asked who would be the ideal actor to play him in a biopic, Dil Raju laughed and said, “It has to be you. You’re the only one whose face matches mine.” He also mentioned that many people often ask him if Nithiin is his brother.
The lighthearted exchange has gone viral on social media, sparking fan interest. Netizens now believe that Dil Raju might genuinely be open to seeing his life story on the big screen someday. Whether the biopic will become a reality remains to be seen.
