Rohit Shetty director of many Bollywood hit films says he owns much of his success to Goa where he shot for almost all his films.
Goa is almost like his second home says the super hit director. While Mumbai is my birthplace, Goa is my karmabhoomi says Shetty.
In fact his Golmaal series have been extensively shot in Goa and they have been the biggest grossers in his career.
Shetty was in Goa to inaugurate the State Film Festival recently. He narrates a little incident where in an old man asked him where he was all these days. Now, Shetty says he is often mistaken to be a resident of Goa.
