Dubai is set to redefine the future of fine dining with the launch of WOOHOO, an AI-driven restaurant opening in September 2025 at Kempinski The Boulevard Hotel. Spearheaded by Gastronaut Hospitality—the team behind acclaimed concepts like Trove and BohoX—WOOHOO blends cutting-edge artificial intelligence with haute cuisine to deliver a dining experience unlike any other.

At the heart of this innovation is Chef Aiman, a state-of-the-art AI system whose name combines “AI” and “man.” Trained on decades of culinary science, global recipes, molecular data, and ingredient chemistry, Aiman collaborates with renowned Dubai-based chef Reif Othman to co-create dishes that are both imaginative and grounded in gastronomic precision.

Guests can expect a curated menu featuring dishes such as umami-rich sushi rolls, zesty ceviche, and scientifically balanced robata skewers. The beverage program is equally inventive, with algorithmically matched pairings and molecular mixology techniques. Beyond taste, WOOHOO’s AI integrates sustainable practices by optimizing ingredient use and reducing waste.

The restaurant’s ambience fuses luxury with cyberpunk influences—reactive LED walls, sci-fi inspired textures, and immersive digital installations envelop the dining space. Hidden within is Spock, a secret lounge offering a simulated space travel experience, enhanced by curated soundscapes and live DJ performances.
