From our reliable sources, we have got to know the plot of one of the Sankranthi attractions, that is Sharwanand starrer Express Raja which is releasing on January 14th. Director Merlapaka Gandhi’s first film Venkatadri Express revolves around the train and is about hero Sundeep Kishan and heroine Rakul Preet Singh reaching their destination of Tirupati.
Coming to Express Raja, the film story revolves around a dog which is of heroine Surabhi. In the film, hero Sharwanand hates dog, but wherein his love interest Surabhi is fond of her puppy. All of a sudden, the pet dog goes missing and both Sharwanand and Surabhi chase after it. In between, many characters come in to provide some entertainment. Twist in the tale arrives when everyone gets to know that, the pet has a diamond in its chain.
As per the source, Express Raja is going to be a surprise winner for the Pongal. Positive thing is expectations are low on the film, so racy screenplay is expected to keep the spectators amused all through.
