Director Puri Jagan is running high with the super success of “Ismart Shankar” at the box office. And for his next films, the director is actually taking a cue from his own hit movies to chalk out the stories it seems like. Here is an interesting snippet about his upcoming film “Fighter” which has Vijay Devarakonda in the lead.
Apparently Puri Jagan is so impressed with his own Amma Nanna O Tamilammayi from a long time that he always wanted to make a sequel to it. But now, we hear that the filmmaker is giving a rehash to the story from a different angle. While that old film has Jayasudha’s part in the first half and Prakash Raj catering to the second half, now Jagan wants to give a new touch the first part.
Taking the part of Jayasudha and Raviteja, the director is said to be giving it a full spin, making into a pure mother-son kind of story. Also for inspiration, Puri is said to be borrowing scenes from his own life as his mother encouraged him big time when he expressed his desire to enter films and make it big.
After overlooking the climax related shoot of his son Akash’s Romantic in Goa, Puri Jagan is said to be cooking the story of Vijay Devarkonda’s Fighter now.
