Taking a new turn in the bribe case of T-TDP leader Revanth Reddy, the Court at Nampally has finally accepted the plea of ACB who has been seeking the custody of Revanth Reddy along with others in the case for a tedious interrogation. Even though the ACB asked for a five day custody, the Court permitted for only a four-day custody.
Revanth Reddy along with Sebastian and Uday Sinha were sent to ACB’s custody. It is earlier known that the ACB officials sought for more time to file the counter in Revanth’s bail plea. The Court was deferred for June 9th while the ACB has given permission to file the counter by June 8th. The ACB has given the custody with certain conditions.
Court ordered to interrogate the three accused in the presence of the counsel only between 9 am to 4 pm. The Court also specified not use any third degree methods during the interrogation on Revanth Reddy and others. What are those shocking truths this custody will reveal?
