Nearly half of the MLAs elected from ruling TRS will bite the dust in the 2019 elections. The two rounds of surveys conducted by the ruling party with a reputed national agency disclosed these spine chilling facts.
In fact, the survey results stunned TRS supremo and Chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. The report says, out of 62 MlAs elected in 2014 elections, 35 are set to lose winning prospects as people are not happy with their performance. Most of them are the first time elected legislators from TRS.
However, the big relief for KCR is his party will win 106 seats out 119 assembly segments in Telangana if the elections are held at this moment. The report attributed KCR government performance is the main reason for winning more number of seats in next election.
At the TRS legislators party meeting, KCR warned his MLAs, who failed to win the hearts of people, will not get party tickets in the next elections. As per the survey reports, he told his partymen TRS will retain power with thundering majority in 2019 election.
