These are the days where producers are selling their movies to distributors for table profit and are keeping away from the rest of business. Even if the flick garners loss at box office, producers are not even poking their nose into it.
Needless to say, almost all the major big-budgeted flicks including that of Bandla Ganesh are best examples of that. Coming to Ganesh’s upcoming release ‘Temper’, he has already narrated an incident at the audio release about the selling of theatrical rights to distributor.
As his brother asked him to retain rights of all areas citing that the flick will become a blockbuster of gigantic proportions, Ganesh is following the suit. After looking at trailer and song-videos of Temper, even trade circuits started opining that the flick is going to be huge hit.
Ganesh is not selling any area, no matter what, except in a few areas where he doesn’t have good command. In rest of the areas, he has hanged a ‘houseful’ board making his stand clear.
