“Dream higher, dream bigger and work hard to achieve it”. That’s what many influencers, philosophers and great people say and do. That’s what even talented singer Ghazal Srinivas has also followed all these days, but his bigger dream got shattered with some reality check done by an employee who was believed to be harassed sexually at his hand.
Singing ghazals, taking care of temples, rallying and fighting for the cause of saving those temples that are on the brim of collapse (not just physically), Ghazal Srinivas made a name for himself with his devotional and philosophical views too. And then he used to tell his close associates that he will become Governor of a state one day. With BJP government seated in power, many thought that this Hindu activist will soon take the crown of a governor.
At a time when one’s dreams are bigger, then his journey should be smooth, ethical and also should carry some morals. But if we have to go by the accusations made by his employee and the spy cam videos that are circulating on the net establishing his sexual relation with maid Parvathi, have made a big dent to his aspirations for sure.
A married man (with a teenage daughter) indulging in sex with someone else, even if it is consensual, is going to bring dark clouds at jet speed, especially for people in public domain whose image is very crucial for their survival.
All said and done, it brings down all the dreams of Ghazal Srinivas to a rumble with his chances of a topmost post pushed to the level of an underworld.
