In a major relief for millions of apprehensive people across the globe, Belgian scientists have found a new revolutionary anti-aging drug which extends human life until 120 years. ​​The drug in question, Metformin, is commonly used to treat diabetes and it increases oxygen flow on the cellular level, which in turn slows down the cell divisions that keep the bodies to function normally.
Belgian researches have successfully tested the drug on roundworms and got positive results, which now leads to testing on humans as a final trial. This new breakthrough marks the 25-year long research on finding the possibilities of extending human lifespan beyond 100 years.
