On Tuesday, all of sudden few media houses aired the news of Rudramma Devi’s audio songs leaked. In a mad rush all the media houses carried the news. However even most active internet user could not find the songs any where on the internet.
It is said that Gunasekhar’s office itself planted this news in media. When few journalists contacted Gunasekhar’s office regarding this, there were confusing answers. First they said songs are online they have controlled. Later they said they are being circulated offline.
And later they said there is no leak. The talk in the journalists fraternity is that Gunasekhar did this just for the sake of publicity stunt and there is no leak as such. Recently Baahubali’s 12 minute footage leak garnered lot of media and public attention and so Guna wants it to happen with his film too.
The movie some how failed to attract audience despite having big names like Allu Arjun, Anushka and Rana. The response received so far for the posters and making video is not so heartening. Gunasekhar had invested a bomb on this project which is his maiden production.
So he is eager to get some free publicity and market it in trade. The movie is being prepared for March end release.
