NTR Junior has been receiving so much flak for blindly believing in directors that scored blockbusters with their previous films. Recently Kona Venkat and few others batted for NTR by condemning that NTR is chasing successful directors and super hit films. Coincidence or intentional, NTR is only working with directors that have proven their worth and capabilities.
But most of them failed to deliver the goods for NTR. Oosaravelli, Dammu, Ramayya Vastavayya etc. didn’t live up to expectations leaving young tiger’s fans in distress. Although NTR is aware of the comments and criticism, he is not changing his plans immediately. He will stick to the projects that he has committed prior to Ramayya Vastavayya.
His immediate film will be Rabhasa/Joru, directed by Santosh Srinivas and the next to follow will be directed by Koratala Siva. Both these directors have scored hits with their previous movies, Kandireega and Mirchi respectively. Hope these directors prove NTR’s choice right by delivering super hits.
