Since they are constantly under scrutiny, marriages of actors usually go kaput within a short time. If a few survive, cracks begin to appear after a while. Now, a new story has come up in media about yesteryears actress Sarita. In the past, Sarita had married a Malayalee actor Mukesh.
In fact, theirs’ was a love marriage and they had two children. Eventually, the couple had differences and they got a divorce. Later, Mukesh married another lady named Midula. In a new twist to their tale, Sarita is now insisting that the divorce was granted by a Chennai court when she was in Dubai.
She says since she was not around, it is not valid and says that her husband’s second marriage is illegal. She even filed a case in a court in Cochin to this affect. When the case came for hearing, Sarita apparently fainted in court room.
She was given basic medical aid and shifted to her residence. The entire story surely gives the feeling of a filmi story. Of course, some feel that Sarita might have raked up the issue to demand alimony from Mukesh. We will keep you posted of further developments.
