After making an impressive debut with Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi, Vishwak Sen grabbed several eyeballs with a rebellious role in his maiden directorial ‘Falaknuma Das’, the Telugu remake of Angamaly Diaries.
His next film has been titled as HIT and it’s an investigative thriller directed by debutant Sailesh Kolanu.
Starring Ruhani Sharma as the female lead, the film is jointly bankrolled by actor Nani and stylist Prashanti Tipirneni’s Wallposter Cinema.
The teaser of HIT has been released by Rana Daggubati on January 31 and going by the proceedings, it seems to be an edge-of-the-seat thriller.
The teaser showcases Vishwak as a disturbed cop who lost someone dear to him in the past. A situation arises where he might face something similar if he doesn’t get into the thick of things.
While the film revolves around a missing person’s case, the teaser establishes the gritty mood through the brooding portrayal of the protagonist.
While the music of HIT is composed by Vivek Sagar, S Manikandan has handled the camera and Garry BH, known for editing thrillers such as Kshanam and Goodachari, is the editor. The film is set for a release on February 28.
