The SS Rajamouli epic Baahubali isn’t called the most expensive Indian film without a reason. Never before had any Indian movie succeeded in making good use of special effects like Baahubali did. And one of the most memorable scenes of all is where Bhalladeva, played by Rana Daggubati takes on a charging bull.
The scene involved a lot of VFX and Rana had to use all his imagination and acting prowess to make it look as good as possible. VFX was handled by the Tau films team who must really be applauded for their work. Techniques involved doing rope guided real time stunts fused with computer generated graphics which were used at the right place at the right time.
The dedication displayed by the actor and the Tau team is truly commendable. And it makes you realize the amount of work required to shoot a small action sequence like this.
