However, senior Telugu producer C Ashwini Dutt announces to lend his support to Suriya in this regard.
“Theaters have been closed for last 6 months and it is not sagacious to re-open theaters and play with lives of audiences under these conditions,” says Ashwini Dutt.
He opines that theaters wouldn’t reopen till January, next year.
“I really appreciate hero Suriya and Nani for taking the decision of releasing their films Aakasam Nee Haddura and V on OTT platforms,” he affirms.
Initially scheduled to hit the theaters in the summer of 2020, the Sudha Kongara directorial will now stream on Amazon Prime Video from October 30.
