Do people in the west think differently than us, especially in terms of sexuality, flaunting curvaceous figure and talking those stuff with children? If we have to go by what Pawan Kalyan’s Puli heroine Nikeesha Patel has said, then we may say yes.
When asked about going scorching hot for screen, like she has done in couple of recent films in Tamil and Kannada, Nikeesha says, there’s nothing wrong it. “Obviously when you’re sitting in a beach, the costume is a bikini only. Even on screen, I don’t mind to wear.
Years later I could show that to my kids telling this how your mom used to look then”, she says. Even at the promotions of her latest Tamil Karioram, which will be ‘Leela’ in Telugu, she flaunted her curves in a revealing outfits.
Despite all this openness, why Nikeesha failed to get huge offers? “I’ve got calls from many big heroes during the time of Puli. But I’ve quoted huge remuneration at that time. I don’t have regrets about it anyway”, she quipped. Anyway, Nikeesha’s no-big-deal attitude with bikini is the talk of town now.
