Fanney Khan is heard to be heavily inspired from a Dutch film, ‘Everybody Famous’, where in Thekla Reuten played the lead role as popular singer and Aishwarya reportedly plays the role of similar kind. In the original, as aspiring singer turns popular after her father kidnaps the top singer to cement his daughter’s position at top.
The Bollywood adaptation seems to be little different and this reportedly deals with bodyshaming of aspiring singer who fails to grab opportunities in the field she wants to pursue something great, due to looks and overweight. It has to be seen if the youngster’s father, played by Anil Kapoor kidnaps Aishwarya Rai in Fanney Khan. The scenes between Aishwarya Rai and Anil Kapoor are said to be most intriguing.
