The lack of commitment by BJP to fulfill promises made to AP in reorganization act is taking a toll on the saffron party very much, affecting its big dreams here.
There was a lot of talk over BJP making impressive inroads into AP, especially Rayalaseema and take as many Congress Reddy’s as possible and one among them was former CM and star batsman Kiran Kumar Reddy.
There was a lot of hype over Kiran taking plunge into the BJP, which was being stalled by Kamma lobby within BJP who feel Kiran may force BJP to take anti-Chandrababu stand.
Later, with BJP failing in its promises and facing flak, the large contingent of leaders who left Congress and unable to enter TDP, YSRCP and even BJP finally are planning for a return to parent party and Kiran is also contemplating such moves, say sources.
