Senior Telugu Desam Party leader and former Minister Ch. Ayyanna Patrudu was not impressed with the way a few leaders of the ruling YCP behaved at a function that was held to remember a leader who breathed his last. The TDP leader asked don’t they have any shame?”
It is known that AP IT Minister Mekapati Gautham Reddy passed away earlier today. His body was shifted to his residence in Hyderabad from the Apollo Hospital facility. A few politicians reached his residence to offer their condolences.
Ministers and leaders from YCP were also present there at the residence. Minister Kodali Nani and MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi who were present there can be seen laughing and giggling at the event. The video that is doing rounds says so.
Taking to Twitter, TDP leader Ayyanna Patrudu shared the video and found fault with the way the leaders reportedly behaved. He asked the leaders if they could not behave in a better way when their fellow Minister passed away.
In a tweet made in Telugu, the TDP leader said that when the fellow leader had passed away at an early age, Kodali Nani and Vamsi were cracking jokes and giggling. Should we call them psychos or what, he asked.
