Nani Pins Hindi Market Hopes On ‘The Paradise’
Actor Nani is making yet another determined push to establish himself in the Hindi market — a territory that has so far remained challenging for him despite multiple releases.
Films such as Dasara, Hi Nanna, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, and HIT 3 failed to create any notable impact in North India, with reports suggesting that the collections did not even recover the heavy promotional costs involved. However, Nani remains undeterred and firmly believes that cracking the Hindi belt is essential to earning a true pan-Indian identity.
With this clear goal in mind, the actor has now reworked his strategy for his upcoming film The Paradise. For the first time, Nani has brought on board a top Hindi distribution banner to handle the film’s North Indian release. Adding to this, a dedicated PR team has been hired exclusively for the Hindi version to ensure aggressive, targeted, and sustained promotions across the region.
Directed by Srikanth Odela, The Paradise is currently under production, and Nani is optimistic that the film will finally give him a respectable and long-awaited breakthrough in the Hindi market.
Meanwhile, Nani continues to enjoy a strong success streak in the Telugu states, with his recent films performing consistently well at the box office. However, that success is yet to translate beyond his core Telugu audience — a gap he is now determined to bridge with The Paradise.
