The CBI has today cleared the path for bail petition of YSRC president YS Jaganmohan Reddy. CBI filed three more charge sheets at the special court in the Quid pro quo case as per the supreme court deadline to complete the investigations process by September 9th .
It has filed one charge sheet on Lepaksi Knowledge hub case on Friday , September 6. Todays charge sheets were in connections with the Penna Cement, Raghuram Cement and India Cement issues that they had invested in Jagan companies as part of Quid Pro quo for the benefits given to their enterprises.
In a show of seriousness and haste the CBI filed the charge sheets at the Gagan Vihar court as the Nampally court judge was not working today. DIG Venkatesh submitted the three chargesheets in a sealed cover. The CBI counsel also declared that Jagan could now apply for bail tomorrow and that the agency has no issues to block it.
