Jagan: “Corona started in Korea”!, Trolled Again

Andhra Pradesh Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had met with a string of trolls on social media after he said ‘Paracetamol’ can be used to cure Corona Virus.

In his latest press conference, where CM announced shut down of Andhra till 31 March, Jagan said that deadly Corona Virus had first affected a South Korean person.

While speaking of growing number Covid-19 cases, CM Jagan said “This virus first began in Korea (South Korea) and we have seen how it went on to hit many other nations. Several stories are out there about how it got transmitted from one to many.”

But, the fact is Coronavirus outbreak has began in Wuhan city, China, in December. Quickly after that, Jagan Mohan Reddy asks his officials ‘Is it Korea or China?”

The video in which Jagan blaming South Korea for the global pandemic is now going viral on social media. His misinformation is being bitterly criticised by netizens.

Covid-19, which was first identified in Wuhan on 30 December, caused thousands of people to fall sick with fever, cold, cough and pneumonia, a serious respiratory infection. Considering its widespread, WHO has declared coronavirus as global pandemic.
